Renjiang Photovoltaic, founded in 1998 by Hunan entrepreneur Zhu Renjiang, is headquartered in Pingxiang’s Xiangdong Industrial Park (Hunan-Jiangxi border). With 610M yuan investment, 500+ employees, 30+ patents, and 2B yuan annual output, it operates as a full-chain new energy enterprise (manufacturing, R&D, EPC, etc.).

A National “Little Giant” firm and top 500 environmental enterprise, it leads China’s custom PV sector. It has 8 branches worldwide, including in the US, Germany, UK, Brazil, and Taiwan region.

Requiring only 35–100 personnel per line and producing 2,800–3,000 modules daily, the facility leverages its automated equipment to reduce overall costs by more than 5%, precisely enabling the efficient manufacturing of differentiated products such as non-standard custom modules, lightweight/flexible panels, and BIPV solutions.

Renjiang Photovoltaic has achieved a high level of automation by relying on its 500MW-class smart manufacturing production line for BIPV dual-glass modules: the front end employs AM050E multi-busbar stringersand fully automatic stacking machines; the middle section is driven by a PLC system​ for integrated layout and stacking operations; and the back end is equipped with Shanghai Shenke dual-chamber laminators​ to enable mass production of dual-glass modules.
